Must Have
5+ years of professional experience in UX design (medior/senior capacity), bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in design, HCI, or a related field, skilled at creating wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation using tools such as Figma, experience working with or contributing to design systems, can validate designs through research, usability testing, and feedback, experienced in driving strategic decisions in a product triad, collaboration and communication skills, helping you work effectively with engineers, product managers, and other designers, proficient in English, ensuring clear communication across teams, passionate about accessibility, inclusivity, and solving complex design challenges, proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
Nice to Have
experienced in designing or integrating AI-based solutions, fluent in German (business proficiency), enabling effective collaboration in German-speaking environments
What You'll Do.
Responsibility for the entire design process from initial discovery to final delivery
Identification of research needs and transformation of insights into intuitive
and inclusive user experiences
Creation of wireframes
and prototypes using the most appropriate tools and methods
Facilitation of collaborative ideation and problem-solving with teammates and stakeholders
Ensuring of consistency and efficiency through the use of the design system
including the proposal of improvements or new components when needed
Validation and refinement of designs through feedback gathering
Delivery of clear communication and comprehensive handover documentation for seamless developer implementation
Contribution to raising UX maturity and improving design processes across the organization
Continuous monitoring of emerging trends
and best practices within the UX field

Facilitation of collaborative ideation and problem-solving with teammates and stakeholders; Close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to shape user-centered solutions and drive product outcomes; collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers; report to a UX Manager and regularly engage with the Design System team and other stakeholders

As a UX Designer, you’ll join a multidisciplinary product development team, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers. You’ll work in an environment that values creativity, user-centric thinking, and teamwork, with colleagues based in the Netherlands, Germany, and Hungary.
