What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, experience designing desktop applications or working on complex technical products, Technical background: technical education, programming experience, SQL knowledge, or experience working with data, Experience collaborating closely with developer team, analytical thinking and UX research skills, Ability to find UX problems in existing products and suggest practical improvements, Ability to simplify complex functionality into intuitive user experiences, Experience designing data-heavy interfaces such as tables, editors, dashboards, or admin tools, Knowledge of English (B2 level)
Nice to Have
Experience with developer tools, IDEs, database tools, or SQL-related products, Understanding of desktop UX patterns and cross-platform applications, Experience conducting usability testing with technical audiences, Experience contributing to open-source products
