Full Job Description

Amazon Health is looking for a UX Designer to help shape results-driven work that inspires, motivates and educates our audience in the healthcare space. You will be a key part of a multifaceted Design team to bring our brand to life and help people find and engage with healthcare offerings to get and stay healthy. Key job responsibilities - Design user experiences, from research and strategy to prototyping and testing. - Conduct in-depth user research through methods like interviews, usability testing, and analytics to deeply understand user needs and pain points. - Create detailed user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure designs meet business requirements and technical feasibility. - Champion a user-centered design approach throughout the organization and advocate for the needs of users. - Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, best practices, and design tools, and apply innovative solutions to complex design problems. - Continuously evaluate and improve the overall UX of products and services through ongoing user feedback and performance analysis. - Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
