What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7 years of experience in UX, product, or service design, Portfolio demonstrating independent ownership of design work from research and problem definition through to shipped solutions, Proven ability to plan and run user research end-to-end, Synthesise qualitative and quantitative insights, Apply insights meaningfully to design decisions, Solid command of interaction design, Solid command of information architecture, Growing fluency in visual hierarchy, Growing fluency in layout, Growing fluency in accessibility, Service design mindset, Mapping processes, Working with user journeys, Applying service blueprint concepts, Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers in an agile or iterative environment, Ability to make and defend trade-off decisions grounded in user evidence and project constraints, Proactive, reflective, and constructive in teams, Able to challenge assumptions, Able to review existing processes with candour and care, Building working relationships
Nice to Have
Examples of service or process streamlining work are particularly valued, Experience using AI tools in design workflows, Critical judgement on when AI tools add value and when they don't
