5+ years of professional experience in UX design, Shipped and measured success of AI-powered feature, Skilled at creating wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation, Experience working with or contributing to design systems, Validate designs through research, usability testing, and feedback, Experienced in driving strategic decisions in a product triad, Proficient in English
Nice to Have
Fluent in German (business proficiency)

Rapid prototyping and refinement of new AI-powered concepts
Responsibility for the entire design process
Identification of research needs
