What You'll Do.
Manage day to day management of the Last
Oversee the Under the roof (UTR) operation
Manage successful Under the roof (UTR) performance
Drive continuous improvement
Enhance carrier performance
Influence leadership across customer service operations
Set and communicate performance goals
Create expectations and objectives to achieve customer promise
Ensure accuracy and quality
Lead a team of Delivery Station Managers
Ensure productivity execution is maximized
Partner with the AMZL Delivery Station On the
