What You'll Do.
operate and adjust all processes for multiple pieces of monitors line flow
corrects problems which affect quality and production
makes line changes as directed by the Production / Package Lead or Team Leader safely and efficiently
seamlessly change positions between current qualified jobs to meet plant needs on their respective shift
cover certain positions based on plant need
perform various duties as assigned by the plant management which may include any position within the production area
trained/qualified in all positions across the following groups: Batter Mix Operator
fill in on shift and for overtime where absences create a need for coverage
determine the priority as to which position to cover using the Process Utility Operator employee
meet the job qualification standards for the positions required
included in the overtime rotation for the positions they are qualified for
considered by seniority following the scheduling practices as if they were part of that workgroup
move shifts only with those the Processing Utility that can cover the same positions
work any shift temporarily (Generally not to exceed 3 months) where they are needed for coverage
learn and perform routine checks such as CIL’s and FSIL’s
and communicates in English by using prints
operating instructions
and technical manuals.
Maintains 5S in area’s assigned and working.
Learns and performs frequent housekeeping to insure safe and clean conditions in all areas of responsibility.
Supports and promotes CPS programs
such as 5S and Center lining throughout plant
