What You'll Do.
Survey gas leaks by walking
Follow sketches and diagrams
Utilize a Remote Methane Leak Detector
Perform visual inspections of gas meters
Grade gas leaks by severity
Report and escalate gas leaks
State and Federal guidelines
Collect data using handheld computer
and operational procedures
Complete assigned routes and work orders
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Refers all consumer complaints to appropriate authorities; Provides timely reports and documentation to management; May provide general information about services to customers; Communicates using telephones, tablets, and/or computers; Participates in safety meetings; Shows courtesy and professionalism when dealing with customers and other employees

Excellent communication skills; comfortable interacting with management and customers; Ability to interact with unhappy or negative customers in a professional manner
