# **Job Description** **PURPOSE :** To package a quality product for shipment to our external and internal customers. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:** * Package quality molded product in a safe, efficient, and profitable manner * Relieve machine operators for all breaks * Make up boxes for packaging * Maintain a clean work area including: conveyor belts, automation equipment, machines, and floor * Ability to do required paperwork * Must Aid & Assist Line feeders when time allows (ex. pulling pallets and stocking machines) * Assist new operators as needed * Ability to efficiently operate every machine in the department * Perform all other duties as directed by the Molding Manager, Group Lead, or Lead * Follow all Critical Safety guidelines and wear all required safety equipment **QUALIFICATIONS:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Self-starter with eagerness to learn and take initiative * Ability to lift 50 pounds * Must be able to work overtime as needed * Must have excellent attendance The starting rate of pay for this position is expected to be $17.50; however, starting pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience between $17.50 and $20.50 # **Our Expectations** We expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
