Your expertise ensures the seamless operation of refrigeration, emergency backup systems, boilers, and chilled water systems that keep our client facilities running efficiently and safely. This role requires analytical problem-solving skills to diagnose system malfunctions, take corrective action, and maintain detailed operational records. You will work day and/or night shifts as required, directly contributing to JLL's commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction. **What your day-to-day will look like:** * Monitor, adjust, and maintain refrigeration, chilled water systems, boilers, pumps, valves, piping, filters, and other mechanical/electrical equipment while recording readings to ensure proper operation and reporting any problems or malfunctions * Perform preventive maintenance on all base building and critical system equipment, including assembling necessary tools and supplies, completing work with minimal disruption, conducting immediate cleanup, and documenting all maintenance activities * Assist other mechanics and operators with major repairs and maintenance of building systems and equipment * Maintain logs, document equipment repai
