Working knowledge of maintenance principles, Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, Working knowledge of CMMS software, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), organizational and problem-solving skills, Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced production environment, Demonstrated ability to be approachable, team-oriented, and maintain a positive work environment
Nice to Have
Previous experience as a Maintenance Planner or Scheduler, Previous experience with Ammonia Refrigeration Systems, understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices, Experience with CMMS software, preferably SAP
What You'll Do.

Build and maintain detailed job plans
Walk down jobs in the field
Coordinate with vendors and contractors
and documentation are in place
Track material deliveries and coordinate parts
Maintain a well-organized backlog of work
Support weekly scheduling and outage planning
Review completed work orders for accuracy
Serve as CMMS subject matter expert
Maintain accurate asset hierarchies
Ensure PMs align with PSM and regulatory requirements
Generate reports on backlog
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with storeroom and procurement teams
Identify and maintain critical spares
Recommend min/max adjustments for spares
Ensure job plans incorporate safety procedures
Support compliance with OSHA PSM requirements
Assist with documentation for audits and inspections
Promote safe work practices and safety culture
Work closely with maintenance
Provide technical planning support
Collaborate with engineering and reliability teams
Serve as a key point of coordination
