Must Have

High ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and in person, including with senior leadership and external partners., Excellent digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. )., Experience with scheduling sophisticated international and domestic travel itineraries., Familiarity with travel booking and expense reporting software.

Nice to Have

Previous administrative or personal support experience is a plus., Preferably in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.

Provide administrative support to a portfolio of individuals/teams across the business.

Handle sophisticated calendars in a fast-paced environment

Book travel arrangements (domestic and international).

Track and process expense reports.
