**_Job Family_ :** Operational Effectiveness Consulting ** _Travel Required_ :** Up to 10% **_Clearance Required_ :** Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) **_What You Will Do_ :** As a User Support Specialist, you will lead software training, demonstrate tradecraft guidance, and provider user support to action officers and specialists. A successful candidate will distinguish themselves by collaborating with IC users, team members, and leadership to efficiently deliver to internal and external clients. You will document requirements, create training materials, collect and analyze metrics, and identify opportunities to increase software adoption while applying outcome-based solutions to support intelligence operations. **_What You Will Need_ :** * An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance. * Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire _MUST_ be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a (COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI)/FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP)) polygraph. * Bachelor's degree * SIX (6) or more years' experience of related experience working with, or as, an OSINT Analyst.
