Must Have

experience in user research or a closely associated discipline (2-3 years), ideally across consumer-facing digital or financial products, A track record of converting research findings into meaningful narratives that help stakeholders understand the problems, risks and opportunities., Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as customer interviews, usability testing, and survey data analysis, A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset, able to choose the right level of depth for the question and timeline, An adaptive approach to research design, going beyond textbook methods to get to answers., Experience using AI tooling to speed up research processes and improve efficiency, Confidence partnering closely with other researchers, product managers and designers to influence discovery, strategy and prioritisation, communication skills, able to make complex insights easy to understand and act upon, Curiosity and empathy: you’re motivated by understanding how people think, feel and behave, Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments, Experience with user testing tools such as Dovetail, UserTesting. com http: //UserTesting. com, or similar

While a background in financial services is not essential, this role will require a good level of knowledge and interest in investing, including: UK tax wrappers, common asset types, and strategies for retail investors.
