As User Experience Partner, you will perform a broad range of property administration duties to ensure user experience expectations are met and your assigned properties are performing well. Reporting to the Manager, Portfolio Operations, you will collaborate across our organization to address both the planned and unplanned operational needs of our users. ## Responsibilities Assist in the management of all users, dealing with day-to-day questions and concerns including billing issues, lease inquiries, service amenities and special requests. Assist with the day-to-day management of the portfolio. Liaise with Technical Services team members to ensure user concerns are addressed in a timely manner and service levels are maintained. Collaborate on user appreciation ideas and events, waste reduction initiatives and tenant survey requirements. Provide a high level of customer service
