Create and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy for UA activities. Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices, while combining the latest insights and data, continually refining our marketing messaging. Plan and oversee high marketing budgets, set up, and optimize paid campaigns on multiple platforms and channels, to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Work with creative teams to create visually appealing assets. Collaborate with product teams, community managers and other studio departments. Monitor and analyze Marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of our content and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop an efficient growth process, including new partner onboarding
