You will join a talented, distributed Growth Marketing team across Europe and Asia, looking after ASO, Performance Marketing, and CRM. You will work alongside other marketers, designers, and the wider Goodnotes team to acquire new users. As our User Acquisition Manager, you will own the execution of our paid acquisition program across global markets — managing campaigns, measurement infrastructure, and experimentation. This role sits within a structured capital allocation framework - you’re expected to understand and contribute to market-level unit economics (payback windows, LTV/CAC, ROAS by market) that determines where we invest, not just how individual campaigns perform.
