About the role As a User Acquisition Manager, you’ll be responsible for successfully executing on our user acquisition strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to reach aggressive company growth goals and report directly to the director of performance marketing. This is an opportunity to help shape the next phase of growth for one of the most beloved parenting apps in the world. This is a 40-hour per week, 12-month contract on a 1099 basis. ## Areas of responsibility Plan, launch, and manage global app and web paid acquisition campaigns across channels like Google, Meta, TikTok, and others, while maintaining our CAC and ROAS targets. Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for campaign performance optimization. Manage and optimize a multi-million dollar budget across paid media channels. Partner closely with creative and brand teams to develop scalable ad creatives and performance-driven messaging strategies. Explore and evaluate user growth opportunities and prioritize by impact. Build and manage testing frameworks (A/B tests, creative/ad copy experiments, audience tests, bid tests). Act as liaison to our affiliate marketing agency and manage key relationships with our ad platform partners.
