Must Have
5 years of domestic mobile game advertising experience, At least 2 years of team management experience, Deep understanding of domestic mainstream media platform algorithm logic, traffic competition landscape, user profiling, and bidding mechanisms, Brand marketing mindset, able to deeply integrate 'brand' and 'effect' to achieve synergistic growth, Practical experience in applying cutting-edge technologies such as AIGC in advertising, Ability to adapt to the high-intensity work rhythm during major game promotions, Strong crisis management and resource coordination skills
What You'll Do.
Develop domestic market advertising strategies for Mobile/PC/Console games across all stages of product development
Set phased user acquisition goals and ROI assessment metrics
Allocate budgets across mainstream channels (e.g.
快手) and vertical channels based on product characteristics
Lead the development of innovative user growth strategies and drive overall publishing efficiency
Lead the advertising team to complete daily advertising operations and ensure the achievement of core business objectives
Establish and optimize standardized and intelligent advertising processes to enhance the team's comprehensive capabilities
Conduct in-depth research on anti-cheat
multi-attribution models
and RTA strategies to accurately track advertising effectiveness
Collaborate with technical/data departments to plan internal advertising management systems and promote the iteration of automated advertising tools
