What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in user access governance, access certification, identity and access management, or a related IT control function, Demonstrated experience coordinating and executing user access reviews and certification campaigns across multiple applications and systems, Practical experience working with identity and access management systems and entitlement reporting tools, Direct experience supporting internal or external compliance audits, including preparing evidence and implementing remediation for access controls, data analysis skills, including advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) and ability to write queries in SQL or similar query languages, Experience using ticketing or workflow systems to track remediation and change requests, Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and explain technical findings in business terms, Fluency in English and Polish, Commitment to the highest ethical standards
