What You'll Do.
Perform work as outlined on repair order
Diagnose cause of malfunction
Complete all work according to safety requirements
Road-test vehicles to ensure quality
Accurately record time spent on repairs
Document work performed on repair order
Document test procedures/results
Provide and maintain mechanics tools
Return special tools to proper place
Use shop supplies economically
Maintain organized and clean workspace
Complete stall cleaning every day
Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean
Complete all required training
Acquire and maintain manufacturer certifications
Acquire and maintain ASE certifications
Participate in technical training
Review technical bulletins
Communicate with other dealership personnel
Report situations jeopardizing safety
Maintain personal grooming standards
Maintain hygiene standards
Maintain uniform standards
Arrive at work at designated times
