Must Have
6 years experience in lieu of degree, 5+ years training experience, 5+ years manufacturing operations experience, 5+ years workforce development experience, Experience with hourly/production teams, Experience in manufacturing or distribution, Understanding of onboarding, Understanding of adult learning principles, Understanding of skills development, Ability to influence plant leadership, Ability to drive accountability without authority
Nice to Have
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Partner with site leaders
Measure new hire retention

Partner with operations
