Must Have

6 years experience in lieu of degree, 5+ years training experience, 5+ years manufacturing operations experience, 5+ years workforce development experience, Experience with hourly/production teams, Experience in manufacturing or distribution, Understanding of onboarding, Understanding of adult learning principles, Understanding of skills development, Ability to influence plant leadership, Ability to drive accountability without authority

Nice to Have

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Ensure new hires receive training

Develop onboarding checklists

Develop job training guides

Partner with site leaders

Measure new hire retention

Improve early performance indicators

Develop cross-training matrices

Create cross-training pathways

Support sites in identifying skill gaps

Establish certification processes

Establish skill validation processes

Partner with operations

Reduce single-point dependency

Build training materials

Maintain training materials

Standardize training content

Allow for site-specific needs

Implement train-the-trainer capability

Leverage visual training methods
