Role Overview As a US Tax Analyst at Cortland, you will serve as a key contributor to the firm’s tax function, supporting the compliance, reporting, and operational needs of a growing real estate investment platform. In this role, you will move beyond foundational tasks to take on greater ownership of tax processes, working with more complex data sets and contributing to the accuracy and integrity of tax reporting across Cortland’s multi-entity structure. You will partner closely with the VP of Tax Compliance and Reporting to execute federal, state, and local tax requirements, while gaining meaningful exposure to partnership taxation, real estate investments, and fund structures. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your technical knowledge while leveraging your analytical skills to identify trends, resolve issues, and enhance existing processes.
