We are growing quickly and looking for experienced, motivated Regional Account Reps to accelerate adoption of our solutions by building strong partnerships and cultivating strategic customer relationships. POSITION SUMMARY As an Regional Account Rep, you will play a pivotal role in scaling AIM’s groundbreaking heavy equipment automation platform. You’ll be responsible for growing revenue through both channel partners and direct key accounts, with a clear focus on companies looking to deploy machine automation that allows one operator to manage fleets of equipment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including sales leadership, product, and engineering—to help customers modernize their operations and gain a competitive edge through AIM’s autonomous systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Channel Partner Management - Build and grow relationships with channel partners (resellers, OEMs, system integrators) to drive adoption of AIM’s automation platform. - Enable and train partners to sell AIM solutions focused on multi-machine control and operator augmentation. - Monitor partner performance and support business planning to meet joint sales targets. - Identify new partners in strategic markets (construction, mining, landfill and quarry environments.
