Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry Engineering, 0-2+ years in Operations, Experience working in an ISO 7 or ISO 8 cleanroom, Experience working with lean manufacturing principles, Experience working within a 6S program, Ability to stand for up to 8 hours/day
Nice to Have
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
What You'll Do.
Support commencement of new manufacturing facility
Travel for training and knowledge transfer
Support IQ/OQ/PQ validation process
Support development of training program
Perform assembly of Magnetos product family
Follow work instructions and SOPs
Operate cleanroom equipment and tools
Perform in-process inspections
Handle sterile or non-sterile packaging
Maintain cleanroom gowning protocols
Complete production documentation
Report deviations and non-conformances
Support equipment maintenance and calibration
Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate on process validations
