Must Have
MBA or science-related degree, 8+ years commercial marketing leader experience, Proven track record in commercialization of medicines in complex matrixed environments, Ability to develop and coach a high-performance team focused on accountability and exceeding expectations, Prior experience in competitive markets such as hematology, oncology, or immunology, Business acumen, including experience with forecasting, budgeting, analytics, and commercial planning, Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic storytelling skills, Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams across Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and Sales

Field experience, Other large market experience, Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to inform commercial execution and delivering outstanding customer experiences, Experience developing and executing large-scale media promotional strategies within a regulated healthcare environment

Driving commercial strategy and execution
Shaping the long-term disease strategy
Leading a team of talented marketers focused on impactful engagement across HCP and patient audiences for ITP
Designing and executing a best-in-class approach to the crowded ITP market
Ensuring differentiation of Wayrilz amongst established players and future entrants
Achieving and exceeding forecast and revenue targets
Designing and executing innovative approaches that drive Wayrilz growth in ITP
communicating & executing competitive and integrated US marketing plans
Enhancing Wayrilz as a treatment choice
Being proactive about patient access and retention
Leading development and execution of comprehensive ITP brand plans
Translating deep market insights into clear 'where to play' and 'how to win'
Leading commercial planning
Short-term revenue and operational expense forecasts
Monitoring business results against stated objectives and initiating corrective actions
Making forward thinking investment decisions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work in close partnership with Global counterparts; Work across US functions, including Access Strategy, Sales, Medical, Patient Support Services and Insights and Analytics; Ensure plans align with US business priorities, the strategic direction for Wayrilz, and overall ITP market dynamics; Build productive and open relationships with KOLs, patient organizations and payers; Leverage advanced analytics, market research, and AI-enabled tools to inform strategic decision-making and optimize commercial performance; Close collaboration with the cross-functional matrix; Collaboration with competitive intelligence and market research colleagues; Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams across Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and Sales
