Process payroll for contractors
Submit payroll reports
Collaborate with hiring managers
Manage recruitment process
Manage hiring process
Oversee onboarding process
Conduct new employee orientations
Maintain corporate policies
Update corporate policies
Communicate corporate policies
Administer benefits changes
Administer open enrollment
Administer compensation plans
Conduct annual reviews
Manage employee relations
Handle team conflicts
Handle employee disputes
Handle disciplinary actions
Conduct internal investigations
Administer leave of absence
Administer workplace accommodation
Ensure compliance with regulations
Store employee records
Maintain confidentiality of records
Provide employee training
Manage HR vendor invoices
Manage insurance provider invoices
Deliver payroll reports
Oversee termination process
Oversee offboarding process
