15 years' underwriting experience, Profitable business in Construction & Engineering segment, Large corporate international insurance experience, Deep expertise in EAR, Expert technical underwriting background of large and complex risks

Nice to Have

Degree in Construction/Engineering, economics, law or other appropriate discipline

Act as Lead Specialist Underwriter

Underwrite new business

Achieve production and new business targets

Create and maintain positive relationships

Develop key strategies for profitable growth

Manage line of business portfolio

Create and maintain positive relationships with key producers and clients; Engage with Client broker Engagement, Reinsurance, Multinational, Claims and Functional teams; Cross class collaboration and engagement with NA leadership teams; Leadership collaboration with Product Line Lead; Support global strategy; Engagement with distribution teams
