What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, Minimum of 15 years of experience across multiple finance disciplines, particularly controllership and FP&A, Significant leadership, decision-making, stakeholder management, and communication experience, Proven experience in compliance, audit, or related roles within a matrix organization, background in IFRS and local statutory reporting
Nice to Have
Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, MBA, or equivalent, Power BI skills

Support OU performance reviews
Ensure robust financial controls
Oversee statutory and management reporting
Optimize financial results ethically
Act as escalation point
Set standard for management reporting
Ensure linkages between actuals
Develop deep business understanding
Partner with OU Finance Head
Work closely with Group Controller
Represent OU in finance forums
Lead continuous improvement initiatives
