What You'll Do.
Manage day-to-day administration of U.S.
benefit programs, Coordinate U.S.
leave programs, Act as primary contact for employee benefit and, Deliver benefits communications, Lead annual open enrolment activities, Partner with HR leaders to promote total rewards, Maintain accurate benefit data across HRIS and vendor, Process new hires, Process life events, Process COBRA, Review and validate monthly benefit invoices, Coordinate timely payment with Finance, Maintain complete audit documentation, Perform regular reconciliations of eligibility, Perform regular reconciliations of enrolment, Perform regular reconciliations of payroll, Perform regular reconciliations of vendor billing data, Resolve discrepancies, Prepare reports highlighting trends or variances, Work closely with benefit vendors and brokers, Resolve issues with vendors, Ensure service quality from vendors, Support annual renewals, Provide required data for renewals, Provide required documentation for renewals, Ensure compliance with U.S.
benefits regulations, Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave, Maintain accurate records, Support internal audits, Support external audits, Identify opportunities to streamline benefit processes, Enhance employee experience, Support system updates, Support new program rollouts, Maintain up-to-date SOPs.

Purpose of the role The U.S. Benefits Specialist oversees the administration, accuracy, and financial integrity of all employee benefit programs across the United States. This role manages the full benefits lifecycle — including enrolment, billing, payments, and reconciliation — while ensuring compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations. The specialist serves as a key partner to employees by supporting benefit education and engagement, and works closely with Finance to review invoices, coordinate payments, and maintain precise financial records. The position also collaborates with the U.S. Head of HR and the Global Head of Reward to deliver and continuously improve U.S. benefit and leave programs.
