Must Have
Bachelor's Degree required, 7 years major gifts fundraising experience required, Salesforce CRM or comparable platform experience required, Demonstrated experience cultivating and soliciting prospects capable of gifts at the $50k+ level required, Broad knowledge of the gift cycle required, Leadership and direct management ability required
Nice to Have
Master's Degree preferred

Home Healthcare programs include Medicare-certified home health care covering seven counties, Meals On Wheels, palliative and hospice care programs, pediatric and perinatal care, home infusion, in-home technology, and other services to provide nursing, therapy, and personal care support. The Director will act as a strategic fundraising partner with the CEO of Home Healthcare and is responsible for achieving fundraising objectives established by the URochester Medicine Advancement team and the CEO of Home Healthcare.
