3+ years post residency experience, Family Medicine residency completion, Internal Medicine residency completion, Emergency Medicine residency completion, ABMS or AOA Board Certification, U. S. Medical Licensing Examination completion, Active and unrestricted state medical license, Medicare active status
Nice to Have
Multistate licensure, Telemedicine or virtual care experience, Experience supervising Nurse practitioners
