Full Job Description

## Description We're seeking board certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in Colorado (multi licensed strongly preferred) with broad clinical expertise and a passion for improving healthcare access and quality. In this role, you'll deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages across a wide range of conditions, while working closely with our provider and support teams. This is a great opportunity for a clinician with at least 3 years experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings.      This role requires an active RN compact license and licensure in multiple states. Ideal candidates will hold five or more active state licenses.   Currently unable to consider candidates residing in the following states: CA, NY, GA, TN, IL, NV, MO, AL, SC, IN, MI, OR, MA, MS, AK, DC, HI ## Schedule Options Option 1: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Weekly shifts: Includes 8 hours of evening shifts per week. Weekend rotation: Required to work every 4th weekend (both Saturday & Sunday). Shift types: Day/evening shifts rotate every other weekend. 3 holiday shifts required per calendar year Option 2: Modified Full-Time (32 hours/week) Weekly shifts: Includes 8 hours of evening shifts per week. Weekend rotation: Required to work every other weekend (both Saturday & Sunday). Shift types: Features a rotating mix of day and evening hours. 2 holiday shifts required per calendar year Option 3: Part-Time (20 hours/week) Weekday shifts: Must be scheduled between 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM PST. Weekend rotation: Required to work every other weekend (both Saturday AND Sunday). Shift types: 8-hour shifts (scheduled between 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM PST), rotating between day and evening hours every other weekend. Holiday commitment: 2 holiday shifts required per calendar year.
