Eligibility Requirements

Ability to obtain an FAA Part 107 Certification, Eligible for Top Secret/SCI clearance, willing and able (on potentially short-notice) to deploy/travel (minimum 75% of travel) to a variety of locations (domestic and international) and for a variety of deployment durations to meet customer needs and the statement of work, Applicants must be either a U. S. citizen, U. S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U. S. Departments of State or Commerce, Eligible to be certified to examine, possess, and transfer items under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and legally authorized to work in Canada

What You'll Do.

Conducts technical training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of complex situations for multiple products

Interacts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses

Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation

Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions

Follows up to determine applicability of course material

Provide operator level training on unmanned systems

Provide customer specific focused training

Assist with product testing and validation

maintain and teach both formal and on-the-job training for our customers

Provide technical field support of company resolve maintenance and operational issues

and follow through to make sure customers have what they need to stay operational

Aid the customer in troubleshooting procedures for the system and network/communications hardware

Provide customer demonstrations and support to the business development team

Interpret technical documents and monitor product analyze technical data and evaluating maintenance procedures

Provide feedback to Teledyne’s engineers for feature requests and product improvement

Collaborate with inter-company organizations to isolate equipment problems not detected by diagnostics and standard documentation

Provide customer service support by responding to all incoming calls and correspondence
