What You'll Do.
Ensure delivery of service
Identify client transactions
Analyze client transactions
Conduct investigations of client transactions
Determine possible fraud
Mitigate fraud losses
Resolve complex problems relating to Fraud Applications
Resolve problems relating to Account Takeovers
Resolve problems relating to Convenience Cheques
Resolve problems relating to Payments
Identify suspected fraudulent activities
Mitigate fraud and minimize losses
Meet productivity goals
React quickly to incoming calls/referrals
Make sound decisions in situations with limited information
Review customer profiles
Review banking history
Minimize exposure to loss
Protect CIBC and client privacy
