and operational support to the College of Nursing through coordination of facility operations

and facilitates College Space Committee operations to support effective space utilization.

Coordinates financial and logistical aspects of executive-level events and provides cross-functional administrative support to maintain continuity of operations across the College.

Serves as the on-site facilities coordinator and primary point of contact for College of Nursing facility-related matters.

Coordinates with the Facilities Engineer on building maintenance and repairs

including submitting and tracking Fixit tickets (e. g.

elevators) through resolution.

Manages furniture and equipment distribution and surplus.

Partners with hiring managers to ensure office spaces are prepared for new employees.

Maintains key inventory and coordinates with the lock shop for key issuance and reassignment.

Oversees mail distribution and annual asset inventory.

Monitors and replenishes office supplies in shared workspaces.

Serves as the contact person and administrative coordinator to the Associate Dean of Research.
