Full Job Description

Unity Developer (Mobile Games) VGW is an interactive entertainment company, harnessing technology and creativity to deliver world-class, free-to-play online social games. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Growth Products Engineering team in Poland, and we’re currently looking for a Unity Developer to be a part of the team. As a Unity Developer, you will help shape and evolve Monopoly Match - a high-traffic match-3 puzzle mobile game with a large global player base. You will be responsible for bringing new features to life, refining existing mechanics, and ensuring that every roll of the dice and every "Match-3" combo feels premium and satisfying. Key Requirements: 4-5 years of experience in mobile game development, with hands-on experience delivering feature work and day-to-day support for casual/social live titles in Unity / C#. Strong collaboration skills in a multi-studio environment; you know how to ask the right questions to clarify technical requirements and execute tasks effectively. Solid understanding of OOP and design patterns, with the ability to safely navigate, extend, and contribute to a large-scale, existing codebase. Experience supporting technical communication and coordinating day-to-day work integration between internal teams and external partners/vendors. Competency in mobile game performance, specifically in identifying and fixing everyday frame rate, garbage collection, or memory issues. Experience implementing and working with Live-Ops features and A/B testing frameworks within a high-DAU environment. Prior experience with Match-3 or puzzle-meta games is a plus Key Responsibilities will include: Translate design docs into functional gameplay features using C# and Unity, ensuring they align with the project’s established architectural standards.
