Must Have
Graduation from accredited four-year college or university, Major coursework in human services, social science, business, or related field, Two years full-time qualifying experience in social and rehabilitative services work, teaching and counseling persons with disabilities, social services, medical eligibility, or entitlement, Twelve semester hours of graduate study may substitute for one year of experience, One additional year of full-time qualifying experience may substitute for each year of required college, Must be a Texas resident or willing to relocate to Texas, Ability to lift 10 pounds
Nice to Have
Eighteen months experience in office practices and office support work using a personal computer in a Windows based environment, Experience in applying purchasing procedures, Experience in responding to work related inquiries
What You'll Do.
Facilitate access to medical
Provide frequent contact with individuals
Assist in researching statistical data
Assist in analyzing statistical data
Respond to customer referral sources and provider inquiries
Develop tracking systems
Maintain tracking systems
Coordinate performance appraisal systems for VR Manager
Safeguard confidential information
Provide support to VR Manager
Provide support to Unit Support Coordinator’s small caseload
Provide support to the Unit support team
Work as a member of the office team
Foster safety and security of office staff
