Proactively supports efforts that ensure delivery of safe patient care and services and promote a safe environment at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. **Experience** * 2 years of experience in a clerical role **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a medical setting * Personal computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Windows-based applications * Experience in medical terminology * Unit Secretary (US) certification **Education** * High school diploma or equivalent **Certification Summary** * No professional certifications required **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Demonstrated verbal/written communication, organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills * Must be able to successfully pass the Basic Windows Skill Assessment at 80% or higher rating within 30 days of employment (in clinical areas) **Job Responsibilities** * Provides customer service support to internal and external customers with clear and concise communication, e.g., warm greeting protocol, directions, visitor hygiene instructions, visitations guidelines. * Distributes and collects appropri
