What You'll Do.
Provides administrative support to clinicians and staff
Functioning as the liaison between the patient
Effectively organize priorities
Complete tasks on time
Manage confidential patient information
Partnering with nursing to coordinate patient flow
Communication to key players regarding patient admissions
Provide outstanding services for every customer interaction
Performs clerical duties to assist in general administration
Greets and interacts with patients
organizes and manages information
Schedules consultations
and patient transport
Enters into electronic medical record accurate and timely
Contacts ancillary service departments to obtain equipment
Tracks status and uses designated process for identifying
Assist manager with payroll duties or scheduling of
Supervision of unit secretaries
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
