What You'll Do.

Motivate team to meet sales goals

Supervise floor for breaks and coverage

Ensure brand and operational standards are met

Ensure team proactively manages customer needs

Train and develop team on fitting room standards

Train and develop team on cash wrap standards

Assist in fitting room and cash wrap zones

Manage inventory and replenish merchandise

Assist management to identify store issues

Train team on product knowledge

Train team on brand knowledge

Ensure product knowledge is conveyed to customers

Follow all company policy and procedures

Notify management of infractions

Assist with special projects
