In this critical role, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance, operation, and oversight of building systems and manufacturing process equipment that keep our client's facility running at peak performance. You'll monitor system operations, perform equipment repairs, execute predictive maintenance tasks, and respond to equipment needs to ensure zero powerhouse downtime. By combining your technical expertise with safety leadership and operational excellence, you'll directly contribute to JLL's commitment to delivering world-class facilities management services that support our clients' manufacturing success and maintain the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency. ## What your day-to-day will look like: • Monitor and maintain manufacturing process equipment including chilled water systems, sub-freezing chiller systems, water tube boilers, fire tube boilers, cooling towers, air compressors, compressed air dryers, zero air systems, and cooling tower/boiler water chemical treatment systems • Diagnose and repair mechanical systems including steam traps, DDC control valves, air actuators, piping systems, and PLC panels while conducting vibration analysis to support predictive maintenance programs • Operate and mainta
