In this role, you'll leverage your extensive technical expertise to investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex HVAC and refrigeration system issues across our large-scale facility. Working independently, you'll ensure optimal performance of all heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration equipment while upholding JLL and Rush's commitment to operational excellence. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced building systems, apply sophisticated problem-solving skills, and contribute directly to maintaining a safe, comfortable environment for our facility. This position operates under the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE Local 99). **What your day-to-day will look like:** * Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electric, and electronic controls and equipment using proper testing instruments while working from technical drawings and manuals * Diagnose and resolve electrical component issues on chillers, rooftop units, fan systems, and other HVAC equipment * Maintain and repair commercial refrigeration equipment including refrigerators, freezers, walk-in cold rooms, and ice machines * Rebuild
