What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Universal CFC recovery certification, Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, Background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance, Knowledge of overall system design and applications, Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration, Valid state driver’s license
Nice to Have
Experience utilizing CMMS (Work Order) systems, Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel, Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration and HVAC
What You'll Do.
Perform inspections and repairs to property interior and
Troubleshoot HVAC/R systems
Repair HVAC/R systems
Perform preventive maintenance work orders
Perform repair response work orders
Maintain electrical distribution equipment
Maintain plumbing systems
Maintain building interior/exterior repair
Maintain related grounds
Maintain production equipment
Study equipment and methods
Perform facility inspections
Perform due diligence efforts
Report on conditions impacting occupancy and operations
Submit P-card Receipts Daily
Update work order status in real time
Utilize CMMS systems for all work performed
Be available for Call-in work
Perform other duties as required
