Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **What this job involves –** The Data Center Operations Engineer is responsible for delivery of best practice systems and problem resolution on all data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure (UPS, MV electrical systems, generators, cooling systems etc.) Union Facility Engineer, probationary period of 90 days. CBU is Communications Workers of America (CWA); applicant is expected to become a member of the CBU (CWA) after probationary period. Shift is awarded based upon seniority, shift bid opportunity every six weeks. Shifts are currently bid: Nights: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM Afternoons: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM Days: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM Shift Differential 10% for all hours worked on Afternoon & Night shifts. Benefits consistent with JLL benefit package other than vacation (based upon seniority) & personal holidays (maximum four per year). All are authorized at the beginning of each calendar year. Accrued Sick Leave is 8 hours per month worked. Duties & Responsibilities of the Union Engineer: Scope of responsibility is inclusive of, but not limited to Preventative maintenance includes inspections, lubrication, test, adjustment, and maintenance tasks performed according to a periodic schedule and corrective maintenance and repair includes all repairs, replacement and adjustment of equipment within the following categories: General building maintenance includes but is not limited to the inspection, repair, removal, re
