When on the casino floor or some back of house areas, the noise level increases to loud. Must be able to interact with internal and external guests in a professional manner. * Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Team Members must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

18 years of age or above, Will be required to obtain and maintain registration or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents, Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests, Conversational English required, Ability to write instructions, Ability to effectively present information, Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations, Ability to decipher various reports and maintain reports upon request, lift or maneuver at least thirty (30) pounds, varied instances of standing/walking

Nice to Have

Dry cleaning logistics experience preferred, Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, a plus, additional language a plus

What You'll Do.

coordinate uniform dry cleaning and distribution

ensuring that all team members have access to clean

pressed uniforms prior to beginning shift work

maintaining all Encore

ensuring excellent guest and team member experience

Adheres to all Encore Boston Harbor core values and property and department standards

Participate in the execution of short-and long-term departmental goals

and operating procedures

Actively contributes to departmental performance

and thoroughness of departmental policies and records and reports
