Must Have
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Unified Communications or a similar role, Proven experience in managing AV, VTC, and telephony systems, organizational and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work under a variety of conditions and handle high-level customers, Self-motivated and able to work independently, Experience with Zoom and Teams AV, Phone, and Events, Knowledge of IPTV systems, Knowledge of Digital Signage, Knowledge of AV devices (Crestron, Logitech, etc. ), Experience in event preparation and technical operations for live including special Audio considerations and Video sharing, Room installation experience
Nice to Have
Knowledge of and passion for media, entertainment, and technology industries (including key players, growth trends and drivers, new media models, industry structure, etc. ), Familiarity with streaming and similar products/services, Experience working in a national or global company, Comfortable in working in highly iterative and somewhat unstructured environment
