The successful candidate will assist the client with maintaining end-to-end converged IP communication services across the Government Enterprise Network. They will support an enterprise UC architecture that provides secure VoIP networks, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), Skinny Call Control Protocol (SCCP) and H.323 protocols. The technologies supporting VoIP support include Windows Server, LINUX operating systems, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Expressway, Cisco Meeting Server, Cisco Telepresence Management System, Cisco Meeting Manager, Cisco Smart Software Manager, Session border Controllers and Cisco Jabber. DUTIES: The successful candidate will be required to have the experience and skills to complete the below tasks: Support the UC architecture including identifying and resolving enterprise level issues/outages, implementing complex call routing schemes, securing VoIP configurations, both classified and unclassified in accordance with DISA STIGs, configuring logging, firewall traversal, performing upgrades and patches, and troubleshooting.
