Must Have
5+ years industry experience with a P&C carrier, 5+ years’ experience with a P&C carrier within the Product organization, Working knowledge of regulator requirements, Working knowledge of the actuarial function
Nice to Have
Management positions in underwriting with P&L responsibility, Audit or Actuarial experience, Proven experience in underwriting a full range of products, placing facultative reinsurance, effective demonstration of management controls, utilization of portfolio management tools, working with diverse distribution channels, Working experience in multiple regions/countries

Review underwriting quality
Review pricing compliance
Review portfolio management utilization
Review management controls
Provide commentary on underwriting
Provide commentary on profitable growth plans
Provide commentary on improved control
Leverage underwriting audits for capability assessments
Support Global Head of Underwriting Audit
Support Global Product team on project initiatives
Conduct audits annually
Undertake pre-audit work
Discuss grade and findings
Prepare vet action plans
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Provide direction and convey strategy to Regional and Country staff; Discuss grade and findings in wrap-up review with Audited Entity, Country, Regional and Global Product
