About the Role Overview The Underwriting Operations Analyst is part of the Operations function within the Insurance team, reporting into the SVP of Insurance Operations. This role provides cross functional support to multiple functional areas at Fetch, including Underwriting, Compliance, Service, and Claims. This role is a good fit for you if you want to learn more about and get involved in the inner workings of the insurance operations here at Fetch. Location Remote (U.S.) Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate the response to service escalations, including investigation of the escalation, drafting the referral, obtaining approval, and documenting direction to service staff. Perform root cause analysis and reporting of service escalations to identify opportunities for improvement.
